Fallout Paradise Resource Pack 1.12.2 and 1.11.2 is a resource pack designed for an adventure map, based on the popular game Fallout. The game in itself has a post-apocalyptic and retro-futuristic setting, in the aftermath of a global nuclear war in an alternate history timeline mid-22nd century. So… the word “paradise” probably doesn’t come to your mind when thinking about it. This is a WIP pack (work in progress) that features dark, dirty, gritty textures that represent the post-apocalyptic world portrayed in the games pretty well. The map this pack is based on is still under heavy development, and is far from finnished. If you however want to take a peak at the textures that will make this project really pop, the designers have gone ahead and decided to post it beforehand! Please note that to make everything work properly MCPatcher or OptiFine is needed, patch Minecraft using these tools! If you choose to install OptiFine all textures will be connected.
Fallout Paradise is the official server resource pack for the fallout “paradise” project, it still under heavy development and might change quite a bit. If you think that the textures are a bit “dull” you’ll be happy to know the developers consider changing some textures to make them pop a bit more. Alternatly they might even post a second pack with boosted colors and contrast.
This pack is perfect for all Fallout fans waiting for the next release of the game. The main purpose behind this resource pack is to make a more overgrown, and colorful fallout experience. Unfortunately because of the designer’s FPS monitor, it has a pretty poor color reproduction and he can’t really see what most other players will be able to see in-game. This Fallout Resource Pack works fine with Minecraft 1.11 and might be updated to version 1.12.2 and 1.11.2 soon. It has a resolution of 16×16 pixels. I can say a lot more but it’s time to look at the screenshots and downloas the pack!
